1. Gain a critical awareness of the dilemmas and challenges involved in promoting the integration of technology in teaching and learning

2. Brainstorm possible solutions to challenges with professional and ethical awareness

3. Reflect upon the role of teachers in overcoming various challenges to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness with the use of technology
Summary:
This e-learning package incorporates a series of animations regarding the challenges faced by a school when trying to integrate technology into the school's teaching and learning. Students are asked to think about different stakeholders' concerns and challenges that a teacher will need to consider, address and overcome to effectively implement a new school initiative as such. Interviews with a vice principal offer insights and suggestions to students from an in-service practitioner's perspective.
