Goals & purposes:
Upon completion of this module, students will be able to:
(1) Develop awareness of own emotional fluctuation
(2) Demonstrate acceptance of own emotions
(3) Apply strategies to cultivate emotion regulation
This e-learning package adopts both synchronous and asynchronous approaches. It introduces emotions and emotion regulation strategies and shows examples of and/or feedback to e-journal and students’ use of emotion regulation strategies. Students keep e-journals about their emotions every day for at least 14 days
