Library has subscribed to these collections: 1. Missionary, Sinology and Literacy Periodicals (1817 – 1949), 2. Records of the Maritime Customs Service of China, 1854–1949, and 3.Hong Kong, Britain and China (1841-1951), 4. Imperial China and the West part 1(1815 – 1881) & 5. Imperial China and the West part II (1865 – 1905).
Covers comprehensive Chinese statistics information. It contains monthly and yearly reports on population statistics, education statistics and cultural statistics. All data are distributed by the China Data Center at the University of Michigan and authorized by the National Bureau of Statistics of China. As an institutional member of our China Data Online service, users can access to the Free Mapping Online which is a web based spatial system offers tens of thousands of free maps from US and China census data and business data. It also allows users to upload their data (in Excel file) to the system and make US or China maps online without any GIS tools and experience.

Provides online access to the abstracts and tables of contents of CityU research postgraduate theses and taught postgraduate dissertations available in the Library, dating back to 1990.

You can create a personal profile to see keep track of your activity (including your history), create customized word lists, and more. EdUHK staff and students are required to register a personal account in order to use this database.
