Amendments to Library Regulations
The Library Management Committee has endorsed the following amendments to Library Regulations (highlighted in red), including redefining Organisation Members and their annual fees, as well as overdue fines for high-demand items to narrow the gap in services with other UGC-funded university libraries, and to improve circulation of high-demand items. The revised Library Regulations have become effective on 8 July 2025 and will be applied to items borrowed and membership applications submitted on or after that date.
3.5.12.
Organisation Members – non-profit organisations which demonstrate a legitimate need to use the resources of EdUHK Library
3.7.
Annual fees for EdUHK Alumni and External Members:

4.7.2.
All overdue fines will be calculated according to the official library opening hours/days:

| 30-day and 90-day loans | 1 day or more | $1 per day | $30 in 30 days |
| 30-day and 90-day loans (Recalled) | 1 day or more | $2 per day | $60 in 30 days |
| 14-day, 7-day*, 3-day and 1-day loans (*excluding VR-AR-media production equipment) | 1 day or more | $2 per day | $40 in 20 days |
| 3-hour loans | 1 hour or more | $2 per hour | $60 in 30 hours |
| 7-day loans (VR-AR-media production equipment) | 1 day or more | $50 per day | $350 in 7 days |
