We are the first mobile application among all local university libraries which allow EdUHK Library users to borrow library books instantly by themselves anywhere inside the Library.
Simple steps
- Launch “EdU Library” mobile app on your mobile phone
- Login to “MyLibrary”
- Tap “Mobile Borrowing”
- Tap “Scan Item”
- Scan the EdUHK LIBRARY barcode of the book
- After scanning all the books that you would like to borrow, tap “Borrow Items”
- Done! The books are on loan to you

Important Notes
The following items cannot be borrowed with mobile phones, please check them out at Circulation Counter of MMW Library or at counter of TKOSC Library:
- Books with multiple parts
- Books with accompanying materials
- Books with loan period shorter than 7 days
- Kits and Media
