Holders of the JULAC Library Reader Card can register for admission to all the other UGC funded university libraries – namely CityU, CUHK, HKBU, HKUST, HKU, LU and PolyU – for study and use of their collections in-house.
Please note that this access is for “in-house” use of the collections and study facilities only. However, EdUHK undergraduate students may borrow books from the other UGC libraries by submitting requests online through the HKALL service.
JULAC Library Reader Card holders are reminded that some libraries may implement “black-out” periods during their peak seasons. Access to these libraries will be restricted during their “black-out” periods.
