Early Closure of Library Counters on 11 October 2019
Due to suspension of evening classes and transport disruption, all service counters at the Mong Man Wai Library and Tseung Kwan O Study Centre Learning Commons will be closed at 8 pm and 7 pm respectively today . Other public areas will be closed at the scheduled closing time as far as possible.
