Temporary Storage Facilities at MMW Library

We are pleased to announce that temporary storage facilities have been set up inside Mong Man Wai Library as suggested by our students. Library users who need to leave the library building for a short period of time, e.g. to take a meal break or to meet fellow students, may deposit their belongings in the Octopus-operated self-service locker system installed inside the 7 x 24 Learning Centre on G/F. This service is free-of-charge for the first two hours. From the 3rd hour onward, $2 will be charged per hour or part thereof. In addition, lock-anchors have been installed on all pedestals of Study Carrels at the Research Commons on 4/F. Students and colleagues may bring their own pad-locks to lock the pedestals of their Study Carrels during the sessions checked in by them.
