Early Closure of Library Counters (21-22 October 2019)
Due to transport disruption, all service counters at the Mong Man Wai Library and Tseung Kwan O Study Centre Learning Commons will be closed at 8:30 pm on 21 and 22 October 2019 . Other public areas will be closed at the scheduled closing time as far as possible .
