Early Closure of Library Counters on 31 October 2019
Due to transport disruption, all service counters at the Mong Man Wai Library and Tseung Kwan O Study Centre Learning Commons will be closed at 9:30 pm today. Other public areas will be closed at the scheduled closing time as far as possible .
