Early Closure of Library Counters on 12 November 2019
Due to traffic interruptions, all service counters at Mong Man Wai Library (MMW) and Tseung Kwan O Study Centre Learning Commons (TKO) will be closed at 5:00 pm today. Other public areas of MMW and TKO will be closed at the scheduled closing time as far as possible. Details as follows:
