Library Opening Arrangements (Updated on 20/7/2020)
In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 situation, the following library facilities are temporarily closed for infection control:
- Selected seats on all floors at Mong Man Wai Library and Tseung Kwan O Study Centre Library
- Flexi Zone, SEN Study Rooms/Faculty Reading Rooms and all Group Discussion Rooms, 1/F, MMW Library
- Creative Lab (Pilot Future Classroom), G/F, MMW Library: reserved for filming and production of online teaching materials by academic staff and students (advanced booking required)
- EI Hub, LP/F, MMW Library
Library summer opening schedule is implemented from Sunday, 7 June 2020 to Sunday, 16 August 2020. To minimize the risk of infection, all library counters have implemented “call-for-service” mode under which counter staff will work at back offices and will provide on-site assistance whenever needed during counter service hours. All library counters and TKOSC Library will also be closed earlier at 7 pm on weekdays.

For Alumni Members, External Members and JULAC Library Card holders: To minimize the risk of infection, Alumni Members and External Members holding valid “Library Borrower” or “Library Reader” cards of EdUHK Library as well as holders of valid JULAC Library Cards planning to visit Mong Man Wai Library on Tai Po Campus must register in advance.
