Noise Abatement Works and Temporary Relocation of the Main Entrance of Mong Man Wai Library

Noise abatement works for Mong Man Wai Library will be carried out in summer 2021. The foyer on G/F of Mong Man Wai Library will be re-designed to reduce noise disturbance coming through the entrance.

Hoardings will be erected outside the main entrance of MMW Library starting 19 June 2021 for tentatively three months until mid-September. The main entrance and exit gates of MMW Library will be temporarily relocated to the exit/side doors facing B4 Ground Floor on 17 June 2021 and direction signs will be set up. Smart Book Return service at MMW Library will also be suspended until the foyer is re-open. To avoid potential disturbance from the construction works on G/F, Library users may consider using Quiet Zones on 2/F to 4/F during the affected period.
