PolyU Library: PolyU Vaccine Pass for Campus Access Effective 24 Feb 2022

In accordance with the latest Hong Kong Polytechnic University policy, effective 24 Feb 2022, Library users entering the campus will be required to have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and then at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine effective 21 April 2022, unless they have medical proof from a medical practitioner that they are unfit for COVID 19 vaccination. For those who are medically unfit for vaccination, they are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result issued within the last three days. Please present your vaccination record or valid negative COVID-19 test result at the campus entrances.
