HKUST Library: COVID-19 Arrangements for JULAC card holders visiting HKUST

Starting 24 February 2022, all JULAC card holders / visitors are required to be vaccinated for accessing HKUST campus. All library card holders must present vaccination proof stored in their LeaveHomeSafe App or valid COVID-test result along with a medical exemption certificate at the campus gates.
