Cashless Payment Arrangement at Library Counters

The Library Management Committee has endorsed the implementation of cashless payment at all library counters in order to speed up services and to streamline administrative processes.

With effect from 3 July 2023, cash will no longer be accepted for payment at library counters. Library users may settle their library payments such as fines, membership fees, printing fees, etc. in person at library counters via various e-payment systems including Octopus, Visa Card, Mastercard, JCB Card, BoC Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Union Pay. Library charges can also be paid online with Visa Card and Mastercard.
