Introducing New Chatbot on the Library Website!

We are delighted to introduce our new Chatbot on Library Website, designed to answer your queries on library services and facilities. Our Chatbot can communicate with you in either English or Chinese, and supports written Chinese characters input (but not Cantonese). The Chatbot is currently in its pilot phase, continuing to learn and improve its capabilities. During this initial period, if the Chatbot is unable to provide the correct answer to your query, please feel free to redirect any unresolved queries to our Information Counter for further assistance. Please note that you cannot use it to search for library resources like books or journal articles – it is just for information about our services and facilities. To search for books or journal articles, please use iSearch on our homepage or mobile application.
