Library Zoom: EdUHK Library Virtual Helpdesk

To better support students and colleagues during the online teaching period, the Library is pleased to introduce “Library Zoom”, a pilot information service developed for EdUHK students and staff on Zoom platform. From 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday to Friday, you can talk to a professional librarian face-to-face via Zoom to get immediate help on using library resources for your learning and teaching.

You need to install the Zoom desktop client or Zoom mobile app if you haven’t done so already. After connected, you will first be placed at the Waiting Room and served as soon as a professional librarian becomes available. Recording will not be made during your enquiry.
