| 可把外借的最長借出日期列出, 記得在疫情時曾有這服務 | "Maximum Renewal Date" will still be displayed in "My Library" for loan items that can only be renewed up to a certain period. But since the renewal limits for 30-day loan items and 90-day loan items have been lifted for EdUHK students and colleagues, the "Maximum Renewal Date" will not be displayed for such loan items. For details, please see Library Regulation 4.4 on Renewal at https://www.lib.eduhk.hk/about/policies-regulations/regulations#4. Please also note that for loan items with unlimited renewals, they could still be recalled and the due date will be revised subsequently. |

| 有關外借及歸還拍攝儀器，如航拍機，gopro等，圖書館系統部的開放時間為星一至五的九至五時，時間對需要實習的學生來說並不適合，可否廷長該部門的開放時間?OCIO也開放至六點半 | Comments noted with thanks. Since borrowing of most VR-AR-Media equipment require the assistance of a technician to ensure that the borrower understands the safety precautions and operating procedures, they cannot be treated as general book items and checked out at the Circulation Counter. Nonetheless, users may contact our Technicians at 2948 6661 to discuss if there could be any better arrangements on case-by-case basis. |

| 希望書籍在同一個圖書館也可以申請request預約借閱圖書，和設立waiting list，先reserve書籍，安排3天內要到圖書館取借，否則讓出位置放回現場供借閱並通知waiting list首位，如有需要1天後再給waiting list的人士 | Comments noted. Reservation service is only provided for items on loan and not on shelf. To ensure fairness of access by all users and to avoid unnecessary idling of resources on waiting shelves, all items on shelf are available for borrowing on a first-come-first-served basis. |

| 希望书籍借用时间更长一些 | Extension of maximum loan period for EdUHK students and colleagues has already been endorsed by Library Management Committee. At present, except for Reserve and short-term loan items, EdUHK students and colleagues can enjoy unlimited automatic renewal of all 30-day and 90-day loan items until they depart from the University for good. | 在網上預約圖書後，因前一位使用者一直沒有歸還圖書，導致遲遲未能拿到圖書，對計畫有嚴重影響，希望在此種事情上能夠有措施或規則去避免再次發生。 | Measures such as overdue fines and subspension of borrowing privileges are already in place if the borrowers fail to return the requested items in time. However, alll such mechanisms will not work if the borrowers do not co-operate or do not show respect or courtesy to the right of other users. |
