| 希望APC可以Cover以下幾個期刊 1) Journal of International Society of Sports Nutrition; 2) Food and Function | The Library will continue to explore new transformative agreements to support open access publishing. While EdUHK has a transformative agreement with Taylor & Francis, it applies only to hybrid journals and does not cover fully open access titles such as the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. In addition, as the Royal Society of Chemistry does not offer a transformative agreement to EdUHK, open access publishing support for Food & Function is currently not available. |

| The Eduhk repository is less useful than expected, due to lack of full text access | Thank you for your feedback. The EdUHK Repository aims to provide open access to the University’s scholarly output; however, the availability of full‑text content depends on copyright permissions and publishers’ policies. Some records may therefore include bibliographic information only. EdUHK colleagues and students are also welcome to use our Document Delivery Service at https://www.lib.eduhk.hk/ill/ to request for soft copies of journal articles or book chapters not available in the Library from our partner libraries, delivery of which usually will only take 2 to 3 working days. |
| Ineffectiveness of the EdUHK research repository, while the system frequently displays the search results for various articles, it consistently fails to provide the full text | Thank you for your feedback. Where available, the EdUHK Research Repository provides links to full text in Library‑subscribed databases or to copyright‑cleared versions of research outputs. However, as the Repository is designed to showcase the complete research output of EdUHK researchers to the public, it includes a wide range of materials, such as conference papers, unpublished works, and publications that may only be available in print or are restricted by publisher copyright. As a result, full text may not always be accessible. The Library will work closely with authors to clear copyright and enhance full‑text availability whenever possible. EdUHK colleagues and students are also welcome to use our Document Delivery Service at https://www.lib.eduhk.hk/ill/ to request for soft copies of journal articles or book chapters not available in the Library from our partner libraries, delivery of which usually will only take 2 to 3 working days. |

LibKey Nomad helps streamline access by automatically alerting users when a journal article found on a publisher’s website is available through an EdUHK‑subscribed database. It provides direct access links or guidance without the need to manually switch between search engines or databases, making the research process more convenient. |
| Some of the collections related to Hong Kong education could only be borrowed from HKU special collections, which is quite challenging. | Thank you for sharing this experience. Special Collections of HKU Libraries has been collecting materials on Hong Kong history for decades, including some unique donations, and many of these materials are not available elsewhere. Access restrictions are imposed by HKU Libraries to protect and preserve such rare and valuable historical items. We will look for ways to better support research needs, such as identifying alternative resources or offering additional assistance to make inter-library access as smooth as possible. |

| Can the updates on new publications be faster? I noticed that it could take more than a week or longer to search newly published papers. | Thank you for your feedback. To help users stay informed more promptly, many major databases offer article alert services. By setting up alerts based on specific topics, journals, or search terms, you can receive notifications as soon as new relevant publications are added—often faster than checking the database manually. |
