In general there will not be change in making a request for non-EdUHK Library materials via the Library’s Inter-library Loan and Document Delivery Service. However, if demanded by the library providing the requested article or book chapter, you will be contacted to fill in and sign a Declaration Form specified by the new legislation.

Located on 2/F of the MMW Library with 140m2. The Extended Reality Room, or XR Room, providing hardware and software for augmented reality, virtual reality and mixed reality for different learning and teaching needs. This XR room contains a VR Experience Zone and two Cave Automatic Virtual Environment (CAVE) systems.
Cave Automatic Virtual Environment (CAVE) Systems
The two CAVEs in Extended Reality Room can simulate unlimited VR scenarios, such as hard-to-reach landscapes and architectural designs from multiple perspectives. Both CAVEs, each with their own unique features, are designed to facilitate multi-purpose explorational and educational applications.
VR CAVE
The VR CAVE is one of the largest CAVE in Hong Kong school settings, providing 360-degree interactive 4-side and floor projections, as well as a surround sound system.
LED CAVE
The LED CAVE adopts LED technology to provide a more vivid and higher-resolution 3D visual experience.
